Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Orders will process within 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday) of being received.

We ship via USPS or UPS.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. 

 

RETURNS

Of course we hope you love your goldbraid pieces, but should you wish to make a return, we accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.  Merchandise must be in original condition with all original tags and may not be worn, altered, or washed.

We are not able to accept returns on item(s) with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains from trying on.  All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. The refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs. We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).

Returning an item is at your own risk.  We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

To initiate a return, please email shopgoldbraid@gmail.com to obtain authorization for the return and additional instructions.  

We cannot accept returns that are outside of the 7 calendar day window or that do not have return authorization.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return.
